We would like to inform you that from 31.12.21 the Aldi Photo service in partnership with Medion has been terminated and will no longer be available.
Orders that are still placed on 31.12.2021 will of course be produced as usual.
After 31.12.2021 your account will be deleted automatically, you do not have to take any action for this. Your personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations, as set out in our Privacy Notice. Your rights as data subjects, such as right of access, correction and erasure remain unaffected.
As your partner, Medion will continue to be available to you for questions and assistance regarding your orders that have been place by December 31, 2021 and any possible warranty claims. You can reach MEDION AG's customer service as by phone at 1800 550 461.

After your purchase you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice. Please also check your spam folder in this case. If you have any questions about your order status, please contact our staff.
It is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. Processing and production commences immediately and is fully automated after the order is received to ensure a prompt delivery. In this respect, please note the following point from our terms and conditions: Revocation After sending the order, cancellation of the order is no longer possible. A subsequent revocation is excluded. If the delivered goods have defects, the customer must inform Medion of these defects immediately with an exact description of the defects. In the case of defects in the delivered goods that are attributable to Medion, Medion is obligated to make a replacement delivery. If Medion does not comply with this obligation or the replacement delivery fails, the customer may withdraw from the purchase contract or demand a reduction of the purchase price. If a product fails to meet your expectations or has been damaged during transit, please let us know. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions. For most complaints, returning the defective product is not required.
